Our Digital Marketing Assessment Approach

Business Review

We start with your senior team. Products, customers, competitors, sales process, and commercial goals. The assessment is measured against what the business needs to achieve, not generic best practice.

Audit of Your Digital Assets

A full review of your website, search visibility, value proposition, content, social channels, and email marketing. Benchmarked against competitors and against how you appear to an international buyer.

In-House Skills Review

We assess your digital marketing capability against what the strategy requires, identify capability gaps across your organisation, and define the training or hiring needed to close them.

Action Plan and Roadmap

The findings become a prioritised action plan with clear KPIs for the next 3 to 12 months. No generic advice or filler recommendations. Presented, discussed, and ready to put into action.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Digital Marketing Assessment?

A structured review of a company's digital marketing, delivered by Quintify. It covers commercial goals, digital assets, competitor benchmarking, and in-house skills, and produces a prioritised action plan for the next 3 to 12 months.

Is there Enterprise Ireland funding available?

Yes. Eligible EI clients can apply for funding of up to 80% of the cost, to a maximum grant of €5,000, through Enterprise Ireland's Access Advice: Small Strategic Consultancy support. Eligibility is confirmed by your EI Development Advisor. Costs incurred before approval are not eligible, so talk to your Advisor before starting.

Who is it for?

Irish B2B companies, typically Enterprise Ireland clients, that want a clear view of how their digital marketing performs before committing to a bigger programme of work. It suits businesses where marketing is founder-led or held by a small team.

How long does it take?

Six to eight weeks from the opening business review to the final presentation of the action plan.

What do we get at the end?

A documented assessment of your digital marketing, a competitor benchmark, a skills gap review, and a prioritised action plan with KPIs covering the next 3 to 12 months.

What happens after the assessment?

Some companies run the action plan themselves. Others use the assessment as the starting point for a structured capability-building programme. [Link: Digital Marketing Capability page] Either way, the plan is yours to act on.
